I am a passionate people leader and who believes that every organization, whether big or small has a responsibility to not only operate ethically, but also to provide the best employee experience for their employees they can. As someone who was eager to work as soon as I was able, and first donned my green apron as a Starbucks barista at 16, I quickly began absorbing information on how companies operate, how they treat employees, and what happens as a result.

Eager to further my knowledge of how to create organizations that are people-centric without sacrificing profit, I headed back to school and received my Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O) from University of Maryland in 2022.

My background includes experience leading large teams in an operations role in a high-growth organization handling everything from implementing people-first strategies to handling sensitive employee matters and growing the highest-performing team in the (nationwide) company!

Currently, I lead HR efforts at a Commerical Real Estate firm where am working daily to better understand how people thrive best in their workplace.
